Classes for Spring 2026
Interoception Class
Who: Ages 5-11 with ability to engage in chit chat and who have CLTS Waiver or private pay. Cannot accommodate 1:1 at this time.
What: To increase the client’s ability to notice body signals, targeting the first part of the body-emotion-action connection. Increase the clients ability to match descriptors words to each of the body signals noticed, thus building interoception-related vocabulary important for conceptual understanding as well as communication skills.

Cooking Group
Who: Ages 8-18 who have CLTS Waiver or private pay. Cannot accommodate 1:1 at this time.
What: Participants will be able to practice basic cooking skills such as reading recipes, learning about healthy eating habits, cutting food safely, using an oven and a stove, etc.
