Classes for Fall 2026
Cooking Group
Who: Ages 6-18 who have CLTS Waiver or private pay. Cannot accommodate 1:1 at this time.
What: Participants will practice basic cooking skills such as reading recipes, learning about healthy eating habits, cutting, and using an oven and stove top and kitchen safety. Social Skills will be built in naturally each week, along with some planned activities. Themes can include but are not limited to baking, snacks, casseroles, salads/sandwiches, and breakfast foods.

Social – Emotional Class
Who: Ages: 5-11, Cannot accommodate 1:1 at this time.
What: A structured social group designed to help kids build skills for navigating emotions, friendships, and everyday situations. Through games, activities, discussions, and hands-on practice, participants will work on self-regulation, emotional awareness, communication, problem-solving, flexible thinking, and positive social interactions—all in a supportive and engaging environment.

Meet, Make and Move!
Who: Ages: 8-16, Cannot accommodate 1:1 at this time.
What: This social group will be for kids and teens to meet new people, build connections, try new activities, and have fun in a supportive group environment. Each week will feature a new theme and a combination of hands-on projects, building challenges, crafts, movement games, group activities, and opportunities to socialize with peers. Participants will have opportunities to practice skills such as starting conversations, joining a group, taking turns, asking for help, working together, being flexible, handling winning and losing, and including others. Our goal is to have fun, discover shared interests, practice social skills, and build meaningful connections with peers.
