STACIE FERG

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

married to my wonderful husband Joe, have twin boys and a daughter and a whole host of animals.
am a HUGE Packer fan and also enjoy watching the Brewers and the Bucks.
we enjoy traveling, being outdoors and finding ways to give back in our community/church.
I am a huge people person, I love getting to know people and hearing their story.

Stacie is a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been with Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program since a few months after it opened. Stacie started as a Behavior Treatment Technician in 1999, was promoted to a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2003, began her role as Program Director in 2013, became a Lead Therapist in 2016 and took over ownership of FVATP on January 1, 2019 when Dr. Klein retired.

Stacie is in charge of many of the day to day operations within the company which ensure that all families receive the highest quality of service. Her goal is to make sure each child we serve has a program designed specifically to meet his or her needs. Stacie is an affiliate of the Autism Society of America and the Autism Society of Wisconsin. She regularly attends seminars and workshops to continue her education. Stacie volunteers a great deal of time for the annual Walk4Autism and has been on the committee since it began in 2006. Stacie has been described as compassionate and kindhearted and is always willing to go above and beyond to help others, regardless of what it takes.

DR. SUZANNE M. ARROYO

CLINICAL DIRECTOR

My passions are helping children, gardening, and animals.
My husband and I are gamers and general geeks.

My undergraduate degree is in Human Services/domestic violence counseling. Master’s Degree is in Child Psychology and PhD is in Clinical Psychology. I have worked at FVATP since it’s inception in 1998. Prior to 1998 I managed the first specialized group home in Wisconsin for adults on the Autism Spectrum.

Dr. KATIE SAINT

Katherine has her doctorate in Behavior Analysis and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Katherine’s doctorate was from The Chicago Professional School of Psychology, her masters in community counseling is from Lakeland University and her BCBA is from Florida Institute of Technology. Katherine has designed and taught graduate level courses in ABA, presented internationally, as well as published books and articles related to mental health.

JACOB HERMES

Jacob began been working with individuals on the autism spectrum as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2001. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 2009 with a B.S. in Psychology. He was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2010. Jacob graduated from Ball State University in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis. He became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015 and was promoted to Lead Therapist. As a lead therapist, he is responsible for overseeing Behavioral Treatment Therapists and Behavioral Treatment Technicians. He is also responsible for home visits, as well as developing and monitoring treatment programs for our clients.

Jake has worked with many families, helping children of many different ability levels. On a recent evaluation form, one of his families wrote, “he has skills that are unmatched, is extremely professional and dependable, and has a natural talent for working with children with special needs.”

Jake volunteers for The Miracle League of Fox Valley and is a huge Brewers fan. He lives in De Pere with his wife and daughter. He loves to travel, play music, watch sports and most of all spend time with his family.

ASHLEY LYONS

LEAD THERAPIST

I love traveling and spending time outdoors.
I have 3 fur babies: 2 dogs 1 cat.
I chose a longer work commute to be close to family.

Ashley started working as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2010 and was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist at the beginning of 2013 after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Ashley also completed minors in neuroscience, criminal justice, and business administration. Ashley continued attending school and received her Master’s of Science in Psychology with an applied behavior analysis (ABA) emphasis in September of 2014 from Kaplan University and shortly after, in 2015, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analysis. Ashley is passionate about the science of behavior and its power to create positive changes. Her and Katie Saint started a podcast in 2022 all about it!

BRAD BREZINSKI

LEAD THERAPIST

Our family was blessed with its first child in the Summer of 2021.
I enjoy spending time with my child, my wife, and my yellow lab, Leinie.
I am a passionate Milwaukee Brewers fan, and am attempting to watch the Brewers play in each stadium in the MLB. In my free time I enjoy hunting, fishing, and other outdoors activities.

Brad began working with FVATP in 2008 as a Technician. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2009 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and became a Behavioral Treatment Therapist. Brad went on to receive his Master’s in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2019, and became a BCBA at that time. Brad enjoys being able to help children and young adults develop functional skills to help them to reach their maximum potential.

Married to an amazing husband Kelly who helps me with our crazy life of 4 children Laken, Landen, Payten and Paxten.
In my free time you can find us outdoors doing any and everything, running to all different sporting events, enjoying board games, and reading if I’m lucky to have a spare minute to myself.

Mandy became a Behavioral Treatment Technician for Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program in 1999 and was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2001 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a B.S. in Human Development and Psychology. Mandy has worked with many children through our program, with all different age ranges and functioning levels.

Graduated from UW Oshkosh with a Bachelors in Social Work. I began working for FVATP in 2005. I have always had a passion for working with and helping people with disabilities. I enjoy working with the families to achieve goals that work best for their child and love to see the growth in each and every child!

EMILY DERENNE

When I’m not at work, I am normally spending time with family and making memories, playing volleyball, camping, and being outside.

Graduated from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2011 with a double major in Psychology and Human Development and a minor in Sociology. I started with this company in 2009 while I was still in college and absolutely loved it, and decided to make it my career!! The best part about this job is that I get to play with kids everyday and help them overcome the struggles and behaviors of their every day life. Helping them get through the tough times and showing how amazing they truly are.

STEFANIE DOSZAK

Behavior Treatment Therapist

Stefanie holds a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Stout and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She joined our program as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2001 and was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2004. She is known for consistently going above and beyond what her families expect, and they credit her for the enormous gains their children have made. Her knowledge of vocational skills and transition helps her identify important skills that can be worked on as a child ages that will help them to be better prepared to work and live as independently as possible in the future. Stefanie lives in Kaukauna with her husband, son Rylan, and their Chinese Shar-Pei, Lola. She enjoys playing soccer, running, watching her son play baseball, and spending time with family and friends.

ASHLEY ASHMANN

Ashley graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology. She has been with us since 2010 and was promoted to a Behavioral Treatment Therapist position in 2012. Ashley has worked successfully with toddlers and teenagers and every age in between. Ashley’s strength is working with children who have co-morbid disorders such as anxiety and ADHD. She is also passionate about working with parents to acheive their goals and develop interventions that are a priority to them as well as attainable given their family values and lifestyle.

BONNIE GREMORE

Started with FVATP in 2004 as a behavior technician, working throughout college. Graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2008 and was hired as a behavior treatment therapist in 2009. Grateful to have a job where I love going to work everyday. There is no greater feeling than watching a child develop skills and overcome challenges and knowing you were able to be a part of that journey. The relationships built with clients and their families are equally as rewarding.

HEIDI JO HANSON

Heidi graduated from UW Oshkosh with double major in Education K-12 Special Ed and K-8 Regular Ed with an Autism certificate. She started at FVATP January 2008, She has had a special intrest in creating social opportunities and working on social skill goals. She runs numerous social groups that work on a variety of skills. She has a high interest and learning new things especially related to interception, informed trauma response training, social language skills, and conscious discipline/self regulation. She comes from a large family that includes a variety of different types of disabilities including cognitive and medical. Those people in her life have influenced her in so many ways and inspired her to choose this profession with a dedication to helping the whole family thrive and be able to live a less stressful life while navigating life with a child with special needs.

JESSICA MARCHETTI

Jess started with FVATP in 2008 and fell in love with the job while completing an internship. Jess graduated from UWGB in 2010. Jess has an energetic personality and truly enjoys workin with children and being able to see them make progress.

NICOLE MEYERS

My two rescue dogs are my pride and joy.
I love playing and watching sports, especially the Milwaukee Bucks.
My passion in life is caring for others.

Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree from University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. She enjoys working with children with all levels of functioning, abilities, and ages. She believes in the importance of treating each child as an individual and in maximizing their independence. Some of the many positive comments we have received about Nicole include “our kids really respond well to her style of therapy”, “her ability to be flexible is unique and makes every session successful”, and “Nicole always comes to our house positive and pleasant, and takes on whatever the day brings with a smile!”. Nicole spends her leisure time running, playing volleyball, and hanging with her family.

WAYNE NEUBECKER

I began working for FVATP in 2001 as a Behavior Technician. Shortly after receiving Bachelor’s Degree in 2003 from the University of Green Bay, I was hired as a Behavior Treatment Therapist. For many years I have and continue to develop social skills programs for clients, lead social groups, regularly attended trainings, teach training classes, participate in local and state autism conferences, coordinate in person and virtual hang outs, supervise undergrad and graduate students through university internship programs, and more!

SHARON FROSETH

Behavior Treatment Therapist

Grew up and still resides in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
I love love spending time with family which includes 2 children and a silver lab named Dwight.
When not working will find me playing volleyball, attending swim meets, reading, enjoying nature or catching a ball game in person or on TV.

Sharon received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 2004. She joined us as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2001 and began her career as a Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2005. She has worked with children and young adults with varying abilities and ages ranging from 2 years to 18 years of age and is also currently one of the Behavioral Treatment Therapists for the Transitions Program. In addition to her normal caseload she runs Social Skills groups in Appleton and Oshkosh in the summer and a year round Social skills group in Green Bay, as well as our virtual Cooking Group. Sharon also mentors and supervises new Behavioral Treatment Therapists.

ANNA SCHULZ

I have been married to David Schulz since 2008 and has been blessed with four children, two boys and two girls.
I Love spending time with family and friends, love animals, art and learning.

I graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2006 and shortly afterward started full time with Fox Valley Autism as a Behavioral Treatment Technician. I was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2009. Since having my own children, and with my eldest on the Autism Spectrum, I am dedicated and passionate about promoting a positive mindset and find the most value in connecting with parents/caretakers and helping them understand and relate to their amazing children as they develop new skills and accomplish their goals!

ALYSSA CHAPMAN

I am a proud mom of two boys, Chase and Miles, and a baby girl, Isla.
I love working out at Orange Theory Fitness in my free time throughout the week.
On the weekends, I enjoy exploring nature, spending time with my children, and finding adventures with my friends.
When I have extra free time, I enjoys baking, organizing, and binging Netflix or true crime podcasts.

Alyssa graduated from UW-Green Bay in May 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Psychology. Alyssa began
working with FVATP in 2010 as an undeclared freshman and quickly realized that she found her niche. She became a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2013. Alyssa loves having the opportunity to help families and make a difference in her clients’ lives. Part of what Alyssa finds most fulfilling about her job is finding creative ways to help her clients meet their full potential and helping parents gain the confidence and tools needed to support their children long-term throughout every stage of development.

CARLOS TORRES

Married to my stunning wife, 2 kids (Camden, Kalla).
I enjoy watching and playing sports, lifting heavy things and mowing the lawn.
My secret talent is roasting the perfect marshmallow over a fire.

Carlos began working with FVATP in 2010 as a Technician. He graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2011 with his Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education, and became a Behavioral Treatment Therapist. Carlos is currently the Program Director of the Transitons group and specializes in working with young adults.Carlos runs multiple social groups for FVATP. Carlos has written 2 book and one assessment as well as being featured in the magazine “Autism Advocate Parenting Magazine” with an article covering sports and autism.

Kayla graduated from University of Wisonsin – Green Bay in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology. She started working for FVATP in 2009 as a Behavior Tehnician and fell in love and quickly changed her path to continue with the company. In 2016, she became a Behavior Treatment Therapist. Her favorite things about the program is helping kids overcome hard situations as well as reaching milestones that parents are afraid will never happen. Each day she learns something new from her clients and enjoys working with them to continue to learn more each day!

NICOLE VANDRISSE

Nicole graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay with a degree in Human Biology emphasis in Exercise Science. Nicole joined our team in 2010 in search of a rewarding career. Soon after she was hired she not only found a rewarding career, but also her passion for helping children with special needs. Nicole advanced to her current role of Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2016, driven by her ambition and eagerness to develop her professional skill set. Families have described her as flexible, dependable, creative and a great asset to their child’s therapy team. Nicole is compassionate for helping others as portrayed by her engaging interaction with clients, and her ability to tailor therapy to each specific client.

KATIE ELLIS

Katie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She started in the field of ABA in 2005 and knew it was the right field for her! As she moved around the state, she worked for three different providers before finding her “home” provider at FVATP in 2015. She received her Masters Degree in ABA in 2013. Katie has worked with clients ranging from 18 months to adult, but really has a passion for working with our itty bittys. Katie leads a variety of social groups and is always striving to learn new techniques to benefit each and every client and their families.

KAITLEE VANSTRATEN

Kaitlee graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She began working with Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program in 2013 as a Behavior Treatment Technician. It was during this time that Kaitlee realized her passion for heping those with special needs reach their potential. Kaitlee then began her career as a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2017. She has enjoyed working with a variety of clients ranging from 2-16 years of age, but continues to have a special place in her heart for younger clients.

Graduated from UW Oshkosh with a Bachelors in Psychology. I began working for FVATP in 2013 as a line therapist. I primarily work with young adults with autism in our company and find it incredibly rewarding when each of them increases their independence achieves their goals. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with clients of all ages all throughout the Fox Valley.

Allison graduated from UW-Green Bay in December of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development. She has worked for FVATP since 2014, and quickly knew that she wanted to pursue this field as a long term career! Families and co-workers have described Allison as passionate about making change in the lives of others, and you can find her always celebrating the small successes that lead to big outcomes! She is driven to find unique ways that can help families and clients meet their goals.

Alyssa earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 2017 and graduated with her Master of Arts degree in Behavior Analysis in July 2019. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in May 2021. Alyssa has worked with Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program since 2014. Alyssa is described as being hard-working, friendly, and compassionate. One of her family’s stated that their lives have been impacted in such a positive light by her dedication and ability to connect with their children and help them succeed.

Amber graduated from UW-Green Bay in January of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development. She began working for FVATP in August of 2013 shortly after her brother was diagnosed with ASD. Amber introduced behavior change in her own life in college and has lost 180 pounds in the process. In her free time, she enjoys working out in group settings as she thrives off of the energy of those around her who are also bettering themselves. Amber is passionate about giving those without vocal abilities a voice, which she strives to do in a group called Adaptive and Augmentative Communication Group and in her everyday therapy sessions.

GORAN KAURIN

I found this company while I was still attending school at UWO where I went for my psychology degree. I was down at the psych department where noticed a post on the bulletin board recruiting for lines. I thought that was perfect and was just what I was looking for and was within what I was looking to do with my education. So I called and Stacie took a chance on me and here I am nearly 11 years later still loving what I do as much as I did the first day I was hired. I work a bit less hands on with the kiddos than what I used to when I was a line, but I still get to see the growth they make over the years and that is just as rewarding now as it was then.

Rachel Cammack

I keep active by playing volleyball and I enjoy camping at different state parts around Wisconsin.

I attend UW Green Bay and graduated in 2018 with a double major in human development and psychology with an emphasis in brain, behavior and health. I have been a behavior technician since 2015 and would never look back. When I was younger I found myself always helping others who faced challenges in their day to day life. My favorite part of this job is helping clients grown and knowing that the reward is always greater than the challenges being faced.
