STACIE FERG

PROGRAM DIRECTOR, BCBA

I am married to my wonderful husband Joe, have twin boys, Harrison and Noah, and a daughter Isabelle. Being a mom is my greatest blessing in life!
We have many animals, including 3 Bernadoodles, 1 parakeet, 1 snake (my son’s, not mine!), 3 rabbits, and 4 chickens!
I am a HUGE Packer fan and also enjoy watching the Brewers and the Bucks.
I enjoy traveling, being with family, the outdoors and finding new adventures.
I am a people person; I love getting to know people and hearing their story.

I am a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and have been with Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program since a few months after it opened. I started as a Behavior Technician in 1999, was promoted to a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2003, began my role as Program Director in 2013, became a Lead Therapist in 2016 and took over ownership of FVATP on January 1, 2019 when Dr. Klein retired.

I am in charge of many of the day-to-day operations within the company, which ensure that all families receive the highest quality of service. My goal is to make sure each child we serve has a program designed specifically to meet his or her needs. I am an affiliate of the Autism Society of America and the Autism Society of Wisconsin, and I serve as secretary for WAPA (Wisconsin Autism Providers Association). I regularly attend seminars and workshops to continue my education. I love being part of the amazing team at FVATP!

DR. SUZANNE M. ARROYO

My passions are helping children, gardening, and animals.
My husband and I are gamers and general geeks.

My undergraduate degree is in Human Services/domestic violence counseling. Master’s Degree is in Child Psychology and PhD is in Clinical Psychology. I have worked at FVATP since it’s inception in 1998. Prior to 1998 I managed the first specialized group home in Wisconsin for adults on the Autism Spectrum. I do all of the diagnostic evaluations for FVATP and truly enjoy meeting every family.

I began working with individuals on the autism spectrum as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2001. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh in 2009 with a B.S. in Psychology. I was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2010. I graduated from Ball State University in 2015 with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2015, and was promoted to Licensed Treatment Supervisor. As a licensed treatment supervisor, I am responsible for overseeing Behavioral Treatment Therapists and Behavioral Treatment Technicians.

I have worked with many families, helping children of many different ability levels.

I volunteer for The Miracle League of Fox Valley and am a huge Brewers fan. I live in De Pere with my wife and daughter. I love to travel, play music, watch sports, and most of all spend time with my family.

ASHLEY LYONS

I love traveling and spending time outdoors, and engaging in creative or artsy activities..
My husband and I have two fur babies: a dog named Hugo and a cat named Kiki.
I’m also learning to play guitar and bass.

I began my career as a Behavior Treatment Technician in 2010, advancing to the role of Behavior Treatment Therapist at the start of 2013 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. I completed minors in neuroscience, criminal justice, and business administration. While working full-time, I continued my education and earned a Master of Science in Psychology with an applied behavior analysis (ABA) emphasis in September of 2014 from Kaplan University. Shortly after, in 2015, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Passionate about the science of behavior and its potential to drive positive change, I am committed to staying updated on the latest trends and developments in ABA. I am PEAK Level 2 Certified and hold certification in the Early Start Denver Model.

BRAD BREZINSKI

I enjoy spending time with my wife, 2 children, and my dog.
I am a passionate Milwaukee Brewers fan, and am attempting to watch the Brewers play in each stadium in the MLB. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities.

I began working with FVATP in 2008 as a Technician. I graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and became a Behavioral Treatment Therapist. I received my Master’s in Professional Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology in 2019, and became a BCBA at that time. I enjoy helping children and young adults develop functional skills to reach their maximum potential.

Allie Bellow

In my free time, I enjoy audiobooks and podcasts about crime stories and the latest celebrity gossip.
I enjoy arts and crafts, especially when making busy books or learning materials. Shopping is my downfall.I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with Bachelor’s of Social Work in 2020. I started at FVATP as a Behavior Technician in 2019. After graduating from college, I realized my passion was with FVATP, and I wanted to work my way to becoming a BT Therapist. I am proud to say that I now share cases with some of the seniors who raised me from a technician to the BTT that I am today. My favorite thing about this job is that I am constantly learning new things with my clients. I am truly grateful for the self-growth that I continue to build, all because of the children I work with. I value teamwork that brings together the best possible team that our clients deserve.

Graduated from UW Oshkosh with a Bachelors in Social Work. I began working for FVATP in 2005. I have always had a passion for working with and helping people with disabilities. I enjoy working with the families to achieve goals that work best for their child and love to see the growth in each and every child!

When I’m not at work, I am normally spending time with family and making memories, playing volleyball, camping, and being outside.

Graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2011 with a double major in Psychology and Human Development and a minor in Sociology. I started with this company in 2009 while I was still in college and absolutely loved it, and decided to make it my career!! The best part about this job is that I get to play with kids every day and help them overcome the struggles and behaviors of their everyday life. Helping them get through the tough times and showing how amazing they truly are.

STEFANIE DOSZAK

I hold a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development, with a minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. I joined FVATP as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2001 and was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2004. It is important to me to always go above and beyond for my families and to ensure my clients succeed in their goals.

-I have a wonderful family, including my son Rylan, daughter Delainey, and husband Kevin.
– We have several pets, including our rescue dog, Layla, our Golden Retriever Gloria, and our cat, Bo Bo.
– My strengths and passions include working with children with dual diagnosis that include anxiety, ADHD, and Down syndrome.
– I love learning new things in the field, including about Conscious Discipline, self-regulation, advocating, and Growth/ Fixed Mindset.

ASHLEY ASHMANN

I am married to the most caring and supportive husband.
I love spending time reading books and playing games with my daughter, Tenley, and son Denver.
In my free time, I spend most of the time reading novels or binge-watching shows on Netflix.
I am a huge Packers fan and love to participate in fantasy football during football season.

I graduated from UW-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, I then attended Florida Institute of Technology and became a BCBA in 2026. I have been with FVATP since 2010, and I was promoted to a Behavioral Treatment Therapist position in 2012. I have worked with toddlers and teenagers and every age in between. My strength is working with children who have co-morbid disorders such as anxiety and ADHD. I am passionate about working with parents to achieve their goals and develop interventions that are a priority to them, as well as attainable given their family values and lifestyle.

BONNIE GREMORE

I started with FVATP in 2004 as a behavior technician, working throughout college. I graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2008 and was hired as a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2009. I am grateful to have a job where I love going to work every day. There is no greater feeling than watching a child develop skills and overcome challenges, and knowing you were able to be a part of that journey. The relationships built with clients and their families are equally rewarding.

HEIDI JO HANSON

I graduated from UW Oshkosh with a double major in Education K-12 Special Ed, and K-8 Regular Ed with an Autism certificate. I started at FVATP in January 2008. I have always had a special interest in creating social opportunities and working on social skill goals. I run numerous social groups for FVATP that work on a variety of skills. I have a high interest in learning new things, especially related to interception, informed trauma response training, social language skills, and conscious discipline/self-regulation. I come from a large family that includes a variety of different types of disabilities, including cognitive and medical, and these people have influenced and inspired me in so many ways.

NICOLE MEYERS

I live with my two rescue dogs, who are my pride and joy.
I love playing and watching sports, especially the Milwaukee Bucks.
My passion in life is caring for others.
I spend my free time playing volleyball, running, and spending time with family and friends.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. I enjoy working with children with all levels of functioning, abilities, and ages. I believe in the importance of treating each child as an individual and in maximizing their independence. I pride myself on being flexible and making every session successful through my unique style of therapy.

WAYNE NEUBECKER

I began working for FVATP in 2001 as a Behavior Technician. Shortly after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in 2003 from the University of Green Bay, I was hired as a Behavior Treatment Therapist. For many years, I have and continue to develop social skills programs for clients, lead social groups, regularly attend trainings, teach training classes, participate in local and state autism conferences, coordinate in-person and virtual hangouts, supervise undergrad and graduate students through university internship programs, and more! In 2025, I furthered my education and became a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst.

SHARON FROSETH

I grew up and still reside in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
I love spending time with family, which includes my husband, 2 children, and a silver lab named Dwight.
When not working, you will find me playing volleyball, watching my kids play in sports, reading, enjoying nature, or catching a ball game in person or on TV.

I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 2004. I joined FVATP as a Behavioral Treatment Technician in 2001 and began my career as a Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2005. I have worked with children and young adults with varying abilities and ages ranging from 2 years to 30 years of age. In addition to my normal caseload, I run social skills groups in Green Bay and Appleton, as well as our virtual Cooking Group. I enjoy mentoring new Behavioral Treatment Therapists.

ANNA SCHULZ

I was born and raised in Wisconsin and love all four different seasons we experience!
My husband, David, and I were married in 2008 and have been blessed with four children, two boys and two girls.
I love spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking, art/crafts, animals, writing and researching/learning about anything and everything!

I graduated from UW-Oshkosh in 2006 and shortly afterward started full time with Fox Valley Autism as a Behavioral Treatment Technician. I was promoted to Behavioral Treatment Therapist in 2009. Since having my own children, and with my eldest on the Autism Spectrum, I am dedicated and passionate about promoting a positive mindset and find the most value in connecting with parents/caretakers and helping them understand and relate to their amazing children as they develop new skills and accomplish their goals!

ALYSSA CHAPMAN

I am a proud mom of three-Chase, Miles, and Isla.
I love working out at Orangetheory Fitness in my free time throughout the week.
On the weekends, I enjoy exploring nature, spending time with my children, and finding adventures with my friends.
When I have extra free time, I enjoy baking, organizing, binging Netflix or true crime podcasts, or volunteering as a Victim Crisis Responder for the Fox Cities Victim Crisis Response Team.

I began working with FVATP in 2010 as an undeclared college freshman and quickly realized I had found my niche working with kids. I graduated from UW-Green Bay in May 2012 with a dual major in Human Development and Psychology and became a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2013. I recently graduated from Florida Institute of Technology’s Assistant Behavior Analyst Graduate Certificate program in 2025. I love having a job that gives me the opportunity to help families and be a small part of each client’s journey. One of the most fulfilling parts of my work is finding creative ways to help clients meet their full potential and helping parents gain the confidence and tools needed to support their children long-term throughout every stage of development.

Rachel Cammack

I keep active by playing volleyball and I enjoy camping at different state parts around Wisconsin.

I attended UW Green Bay and graduated in 2018 with a double major in human development and psychology with an emphasis in brain, behavior, and health. I have been a behavior technician since 2015 and would never look back. When I was younger, I found myself always helping others who faced challenges in their day-to-day life. My favorite part of this job is helping clients grow and knowing that the reward is always greater than the challenges being faced.

I have worked for FVATP since 2016, knowing from the start that I wanted to pursue this career long term. I am passionate about celebrating the growth of skills, especially the little wins, of both the child and parents/caregivers. I believe that so much can be accomplished when you look at different perspectives and create a team that stays connected through communication and consistency.

My favorite things about the program are helping kids overcome hard situations as well as reaching milestones. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I started in the field of ABA in 2005 and knew it was the right field for me! As I moved around the state, I worked for three different providers before finding my “home” at FVATP in 2015. I received my Master’s Degree in ABA in 2013. I have worked with clients ranging from 18 months to adulthood, but I really have a passion for working with our itty bittys. I lead a variety of social groups and am always striving to learn new techniques to benefit every client and their families.

KAITLEE VANSTRATEN

I’m a big foodie! Would like to travel the world someday to experience all the different cuisines it has to offer.

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. I began working with Fox Valley Autism Treatment Program in 2013 as a Behavior Treatment Technician. It was during this time that I realized my passion for helping those with special needs reach their potential. I then began my career as a Behavior Treatment Therapist in 2017. I enjoy working with a variety of clients ranging from 2-16 years of age, but continue to have a special place in my heart for younger clients.

I graduated from UW-Green Bay in January of 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development. I began working for FVATP in August of 2013 shortly after my brother was diagnosed with ASD. I introduced behavior change in my own life in college and have lost 180 pounds in the process. In my free time, I enjoy working out in group settings as I thrive off the energy of those around me who are also bettering themselves. I am passionate about giving those without vocal abilities a voice.

I found this company while I was still attending school at the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh, where I went for my psychology degree. I was down at the psych department, where I noticed a post on the bulletin board recruiting for Behavior Technicians. I thought that was perfect and was just what I was looking for, and was within what I was looking to do with my education. So I called, and Stacie took a chance on me, and here I am over a decade later still loving what I do as much as I did the first day I was hired. I am passionate about seeing the growth each client makes over the years, and that is just as rewarding now as it was then.
