Employment Opportunities

Thank you for your interest in our company.
We are currently hiring college students to work part time and/or do a paid internship with our program.

We are an in-home autism program, which means we work with children on the autism spectrum right in their homes on a variety of skills such as social skills, game playing, imaginary play, self help skills, fine and gross motor skills and behavior modification. We also go into the community to help the child generalize skills learned. The autism spectrum is so broad that all the children in our program are different from one another. Some children have Asperger’s Syndrome (typically the child is high functioning but has social concerns), and some children have severe autism, while others fall in other places on the autism spectrum.

Behavioral treatment technicians are paid for training. Pay is $10.25 per hour with annual raises and behavioral treatment technicians get $4.00 per shift for travel. Most of our technicians are college students and therefore we work around their schedule. Typically shifts are 3 hours each, depending on what a child can handle.

You would work under a senior therapist. Each child has a senior therapist and the senior is the one that would train you and supervise the case.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with children is a plus but we will train.
  • Must have patience and a love of children.
  • Must have car insurance on file with us in order to transport a child.
  • A background check must be completed and passed.
