  • Please note that most staff will be “meeting” expectations. Exceeds Expectations: If staff is consistently and significantly exceeding expectations in terms of following procedures and working with Senior and co-workers, then they would be exceeding expectations. Meets Expectations: If staff is following procedures most of the time they would be meeting expectations. This basically means the staff is doing an average job of what is expected of them. Needs Work in this Area: If staff is consistently needing reminders or direction to follow procedures, they would fall in the “needs work” category.
